I have started doing shoots with cosplay models. So far I have focused mainly on comic book characters, but will branch out into other areas.

I have not had a chance to update my sit in a while, so I will be doing that this week. If you are a cosplay model and are interested in working with me, you can see some of my work on my tumblr page while I get this page updated.

Please used the contact me above button if you are interested in working together.

I am shooting with one of my favorite models today, the amazing Isobel Wren. This is the third time I've shot with her which is the most I've worked with any one professional model. I will update the page with photos from the shoot as soon as I can.

Just uploaded some images from a shoot I did with the gorgeous Kerri Taylor. We shot on Wednesday of last week, did about 5 sets and came away with just an amazing amount of beautiful shots. She is the first model I have worked with to show up with not 1, but 2 large suitcases full of outfits. She is a brilliant model and I have to thank Amanda Redd for sending her my way.

Click the photography link above to see what Kerri and I were able to create.

If you came over here from my writing site, then you are probably wondering what’s with all the pictures of women? In 1996, a writer friend of mine named Michelle was working with an artist in another state and wanted to do a comic based on a character that looked like herself. The artist needed photo reference and our mutual friend who did photography seemed to be too busy to help. One day I got off work early, told Michelle to meet me at my house and with a camera I borrowed from my mom, I took my first picture of a beautiful woman.

From there, I found myself shooting with every female friend I had. Regular shots lead to swimsuit and glamour which then lead to the inevitable nude… I’m a guy, it was inevitable. As I started to expand out from just shooting friends to wanting to find other models, I discovered an on-line community of models and photographers that were doing exactly what I was. I shot for almost 10 years before I ever considered myself a photographer. The thing that finally made me think I was a professional… I had a collection of my work published by Goliath Books (their subsidiary Mix-o-pix) and once I saw my work in print… I finally thought I was okay at this whole thing.

Now I’m gearing up for my second gallery show. This one is a solo show with 40 of my favorite shots taken over the last decade. And with the gallery show, I decided it was time to update the website here and officially link it to my writing site. So thanks for coming by the site and I hope you like what you find here. I will be updating it more regularly now as new shoots come up.
